Garlic – The magician

Why is garlic so very important in almost 80% of the dishes made all over the world? It wouldn't have made it to the top spot for no reason. It has a long history.

Garlic is well know for its antibacterial and antiviralproperties. As the name implies, it fights against bacterial, viral, fungal, yeast and worm infections. The biggest usage of garlic is in its capability of preventing food poisoning. But how does it do it? It does the job by killing deadly bacterias like E-Coli (the one we normally have in our toilet, toothbresh, etc), enteritidis, salmonella, etc. These bad bacterias are the main culprits in food poisoning. Another great, practical usage of garlic can be seen in skin infection treatments. Ringworms are easily treated with a chemical found exclusively in garlic.

Are you someone that catch cold every now and then? Do you have running nose every other day? Then Garlic must be your best friend. Regular intake of garlic in your meals reduces cold, throat infections, throat irritations, etc. Ask your physician about the power of garlic in curing Asthma. He/She will give you lecture for hours about. Garlic helps clear the lungs path magically.
