Ayurveda Nature Cure



Ayurveda is a gift from nature. So, Ayurveda is a cure by nature or nature cure. Ayurvedic medicine is one of the world’s ancient and holistic medical systems. Originated in India more than 3,000 years ago, Ayurveda remains one of the country’s traditional health care systems. Ayurvedic concept is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a balance between the nature/ spirit, body, and mind.


The motive of Ayurvedic medicine is to promote good health. Ayurveda medicines work in two ways.
  1. Act on the disease
  2. Enable body to fight the disease
Ayurvedic medicine uses many kinds of products and practices to cure ailments and diseases. It assimilates the use of various herbs, metals, minerals and animal products to heal illness. Ayurveda is meant to maintain the health of a person in a good shape and take care of a person in case of any disease.

A wide range of healing methods are used in this system, including dietary change, mineral supplements, snehana (oleation), svedan (sudation), and panchkarma (body detoxification).

The thousands of years old science on health is now accepted by modern scientific researches. It is very effective in acute and chronic complicated ailments, and assures long term relief with no major side effects.
